Invictus Specialities Inc. held a GLOCK Range Day at the Cap Pele Gun Range on Saturday the 28th of July 2018, from 10:00 until 15:00.
Those wishing to try out the latest Glock Handguns did not require a firearms licence, and there was no age limit for spectators, but minors did need to be accompanied by, and under the supervision of, an adult at all times.
The cost was $20 per shooter, which covered event insurance, and five tickets to shoot a total of 25 rounds from the Glocks of your choice. There was no charge for spectators.
Extra tickets could be purchased at $15 for five tickets, allowing shooters another 25 rounds.
We had the following guns at the range for shooters to try:
G19 Threaded Barrel
G19 Gen4 Maple Leaf
G34 Gen4 Modular Optic System
All Glocks purchased at the range day qualified for free delivery, and customers got their choice of some free swag from Glock and Invictus Specialities, such as range bags, range safety kits, travel mugs, caps, coins, patches, and much, much more.
In addition to being able to shoot and purchase GLOCK handguns, the Beau Bassin Range Riders put on a Cowboy Action Shooting demonstration, and Invictus Specialities Inc. had a display of some of their other products, including custom AR15 carbines, accessories and equipment from all the top manufacturers; as well as cowboy action gear from Taylors and Triple K, with some items also available for sale.
Shediac Lions Club provided a cash BBQ, ensuring that there was plenty of food and drink available.
